Wedding Organization - defining style, planning, and coordination

Her wedding dress, hairstyle, bouquet. They dream of one day being in her place. Every one of us was that little girl, and now you are the one whose childhood dreams are coming true.

In my career, I've had the opportunity to organize and decorate more than (approximate number) weddings, and I can confidently say that it is truly a special day, filled with the most sincere and intimate emotions—love, pride, excitement, and pure joy. Because of this, I feel a great sense of responsibility and honor when couples hire me to organize their wedding.

Wedding organization can roughly be divided into three stages, which I will now explain so that you, dear future brides, will know what to expect. But don't worry, there's no need to panic. This may be your first time, but it's not ours :) We're here to help, provide support, and take all the work off your shoulders.

All you need to do is say 'I do' and have an unforgettable time at your wedding. For many couples, this is an impossible mission due to numerous obligations, exhaustion, and the unknown situation they find themselves in on their wedding day.

Wedding Design 

This is the first phase where we create the story and visual identity of the wedding, guided by your personality and style. In this phase, we choose the colors and shades that will dominate the event. We draw, write, and put everything on paper. During this period, we are in frequent contact because I want to get to know you and your partner as best as possible so that the final result is a perfect match – exactly the wedding you've been dreaming of since you were little.

In this phase, we have five tasks:

  1. Define the color palette.
  2. Choose the style – glamorous, elegant, romantic, boho…
  3. Choose the décor – vases, candleholders, various installations, pedestals, photo backgrounds, tablecloths, napkins…
  4. Choose the ideal type of flowers and greenery for the floral decorations.
  5. Choose the paper items – through guest gifts, menu prints, table numbers, seating arrangements, welcome posters, name cards, and other important details, we incorporate the personalized design we previously agreed on, so that the wedding is completely personal, original, and yours.

We've reached the big day! You'll be at the hair and makeup appointment, while we go to the groom to deliver your bouquet, then head to the church or civil registry office, and finally to the reception hall. The morning begins with deliveries, space preparations, lighting setups, decorating the venue, handling the music, food, and photographer. But that's just a small part of the responsibilities.

The wedding coordinator on the day of the event takes care of executing all vendor duties, the ceremony schedule, and ensures that everything runs smoothly.
